Weather Now has a special tablet mode. And you can have your location automatically determined and set yourself.

Location usage
The location permission is only required for the app and widgets to show you the current weather data in your area. These location data are processed completely anonymously and are not used by Surfcheck in any other way.
Weer Nu is the sister app of our weather app The Weather in the Netherlands, and wants to be one of the most complete weather apps in the Netherlands. This app is only available on Android 4 and higher.
